Welcome to Woohoo Xyz, an independently operated Sole Proprietorship enterprise in India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the electronic fulfillment frameworks, transmission timelines, and digital service verification protocols governing all transactions processed through our portal.
Woohoo Xyz operates strictly as a web-based financial clearing and transaction facilitation platform. We specialize in digital financial remittances—including education tuition disbursements, commercial business clearing, residential or commercial rent transfers, and vendor payouts. Because our entire operational scope is digital, our delivery standards differ fundamentally from traditional physical freight or postal shipping frameworks.
Digital Delivery & Execution Protocols
Woohoo Xyz does not sell, package, warehouse, dispatch, or deliver any physical merchandise, tangible consumer goods, or parcels. No physical shipments will be delivered to your residential or office mailing address. All services offered, initiated, or concluded on this website are intangible, computerized, and delivered completely through digital telecommunication networks.
Upon successful payment authorization via our integrated PCI-DSS compliant gateway, the service fulfillment manifests electronically through dual digital deliverables:
• Instant Computerized PDF Receipt: A formal digital tax and payment invoice is generated on-screen immediately upon transaction capture, containing unique system invoice identifiers, gateway payment references, beneficiary bank identifiers, timestamped logs, and financial breakdowns.
• Automated Email Dispatch: A synchronized electronic notification detailing the transfer particulars is sent simultaneously via EmailJS to the user's submitted email address and our operational clearing ledger.
The delivery of funds to the beneficiary’s destination bank account follows the settlement schedule selected by the payer at checkout (such as standard T+2 or T+3 business banking days). "T" represents the calendar day on which the transaction was successfully captured. Final credit delivery is executed through RBI interbank electronic clearing mechanisms including NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS rails directly into the verified recipient account.
While Woohoo Xyz maintains automated routing nodes to disburse settlements promptly, delivery timeframes may occasionally experience delays due to:
• National, state, or regional bank holidays, weekend settlement freezes, or emergency Reserve Bank of India clearing outages.
• Intermediary gateway reconciliation freezes, banking grid downtime, or server timeouts at the receiving beneficiary bank.
• Compliance verifications, suspicious transaction flags, or regulatory risk holds mandated by statutory anti-money laundering (AML) directives.
Under such circumstances, settlement delivery automatically rolls over to the subsequent active banking clearing cycle.
Successful delivery depends entirely on the accuracy of the target account credentials provided by the payer. Woohoo Xyz utilizes real-time API integrations to confirm bank branch existence and IFSC code validity; however, we cannot verify private third-party account titular mappings. It is the payer's sole responsibility to ensure that the beneficiary account number, re-entered confirmation number, and recipient identifiers are accurate, active, and capable of receiving inward electronic fund credits. Woohoo Xyz accepts no liability for delivery failure resulting from typographical mistakes, closed accounts, or exceeding credit limits.
If the receiving bank rejects the incoming electronic credit due to an inactive, frozen, or restricted beneficiary account, the funds bounce back to our intermediate clearance buffer. In this event, Woohoo Xyz will attempt to contact the user via the registered contact email or mobile number to obtain an alternate, active bank account to complete service delivery, or the user may contact our desk at info@woohooxyz.in to provide alternative account documents.
Because all fulfillment is conducted over web servers and banking electronic telecommunication grids, there are zero physical shipping, handling, or courier delivery fees charged to the customer. All applicable transaction processing tariffs and gateway surcharges are presented openly in the live calculation preview prior to payment authorization.
Woohoo Xyz reserves the exclusive right to modify, amend, or modernize this Digital Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior written announcement to reflect operational improvements, changes in banking network regulations, or statutory mandates. Continued use of our payment facilities constitutes agreement to the prevailing published policy.
