General & Entity Information
1. What is Woohoo Xyz?
Woohoo Xyz is a specialized financial clearing and transfer facilitation portal designed to route payments for education, rent, commercial dues, and vendor services directly to verified beneficiary bank accounts across India.
2. What is the legal business structure of Woohoo Xyz?
Woohoo Xyz operates as a registered Sole Proprietorship business firm in India, ensuring direct operational accountability, transparent fee structures, and dedicated customer handling.
3. Is Woohoo Xyz an authorized banking institution or wallet?
No. Woohoo Xyz is not a bank or a prepaid payment instrument (PPI) issuer. We are a payment facilitation platform that integrates certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and centralized banking lookup APIs to route customer payments directly to target bank accounts.
4. What primary services are available on the portal?
Our core services include Education Tuition Payments, Commercial Business Payments, Residential and Office Rent Settlements, Vendor Payouts, and Credit Report Analysis tools.
5. Do I need to create an account to initiate a payment?
No formal registration is required. You can settle payments directly using our step-by-step form by entering payer details, verified beneficiary account information, and settlement schedules.
Education & Service Payments
6. How does Education Payment work on Woohoo Xyz?
You input the student/payer details, college or institution bank account number, and IFSC code. Once validated, you pick a settlement schedule and complete the payment using your preferred payment instrument.
7. Can I pay tuition fees to any school, college, or university in India?
Yes, as long as the institution provides a valid Indian bank account number and an active branch IFSC code recognized by the Reserve Bank of India network.
8. Can I make rental and vendor payments using the same platform?
Yes. Rental disbursements to landlords and operational procurement payments to authorized vendors follow the same direct bank settlement infrastructure.
9. What payment instruments are supported?
We support Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Leading Domestic Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Prepaid Cards, American Express (AMEX), Net Banking, Pay Later facilities, and Cardless EMI plans.
10. Why is only my selected payment mode visible on checkout?
Our gateway is designed with payment method isolation. When you select a specific instrument (such as UPI, AMEX, or Wallet), the checkout window isolates that option to eliminate accidental payments through unintended rails.
Settlement Timing & Bank Verification
11. Why do I need to verify the IFSC code before paying?
IFSC verification queries live banking databases to confirm the official bank name, branch, city, and state. This step ensures that funds are never dispatched to invalid or closed bank branches.
12. What are the active settlement schedules?
Currently, settlements operate under two standard clearing schedules: T+2 Business Days (2.75% base surcharge) and T+3 Business Days (2.50% base surcharge).
13. Why are T+30 Mins and T+90 Mins settlements marked unavailable?
Intra-day instant settlement rails (T+30 Mins and T+90 Mins) are periodically paused due to liquidity management, banking window restrictions, or routine node maintenance.
14. What does "T+" stand for in settlement cycles?
"T" denotes the Transaction Date. Therefore, T+2 Days indicates that the net cleared funds reach the beneficiary bank account within two working banking days following the transaction date.
15. Do bank holidays or weekends affect settlement times?
Yes. Settlement timelines count official Indian banking days. Transactions authorized on weekends, second/fourth Saturdays, or national bank holidays are processed on the subsequent active clearing business day.
Surcharges, AMEX & Billing Invoices
16. How is the settlement surcharge calculated?
The surcharge is calculated as a percentage of your entered transaction amount. This fee is automatically deducted from the payment amount, and the exact remaining net figure is transferred to the beneficiary.
17. Why is there a 1% additional surcharge on American Express (AMEX)?
American Express network transactions carry elevated interchange, gateway processing, and commercial clearing tariffs. A 1.00% surcharge is added to cover these network costs.
18. Will I see the fee breakdown before completing the payment?
Yes. Our live calculation card displays your entered amount, the total surcharge fee, and the exact net settlement amount in real time prior to payment authorization.
19. How do I obtain a payment receipt or invoice?
Upon successful payment completion, an on-screen modal generates a computerized PDF invoice with a unique invoice number, Razorpay payment reference, beneficiary details, and timestamps ready for instant download.
20. Will I receive transaction alerts via email?
Yes. Dual-channel electronic confirmations are triggered automatically through EmailJS to both your submitted email address and our operational clearing desk.
Security, Errors & Dispute Resolution
21. Does Woohoo Xyz store my debit card, credit card, or UPI PIN?
No. Woohoo Xyz never stores or has access to card numbers, CVVs, or bank PINs. All payment authorizations occur on Razorpay's certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure vault.
22. What should I do if my payment fails or gets cancelled?
If a transaction fails, an alert prompt will appear with a "Retry" button to re-attempt the payment immediately, or a "Close" button to verify your funding details.
23. What happens if money is debited from my account but the transaction fails?
Debited funds for interrupted payments are held in transit by your issuing bank and auto-reversed to your original payment instrument within 3 to 7 working days per standard banking guidelines. You can also monitor status directly through the Razorpay Support portal.
24. What if I entered an incorrect account number or IFSC code?
If the account number and IFSC combination does not exist, the banking clearing house rejects the credit, and the funds bounce back to our clearing pool for re-routing or refund. If you realize an error immediately, alert our support desk at info@woohooxyz.in.
25. How do I contact Woohoo Xyz for customer care or billing inquiries?
You can reach our official communication desk by writing directly to info@woohooxyz.in or by submitting a ticket through our official support desk link.
